Langhe Arneis DOC has a bright straw yellow color, often enriched with golden reflections that express the maturity and structure of the wine.

On the nose it offers an aromatic and intense bouquet, with floral notes of hawthorn and acacia flowers, accompanied by fruity hints of pear, green apple, white peach and a hint of citrus. There are also light mineral and herbaceous nuances, which add complexity and freshness to the aroma.
Flavor
On the palate, Langhe Arneis DOC is fresh, dry and medium-bodied, with a moderate acidity that gives balance and pleasantness to the sip. The flavor echoes the fruity and mineral notes perceived on the nose, with a slightly almondy finish that pleasantly persists and gives character to the wine.
Serving temperature
Serve at a temperature between 8° and 10°C to best appreciate its freshness and aromas. It is ideal to use a tulip glass to concentrate the aromas and favor the expression of its fruity and floral notes.

Langhe Arneis DOC is a very versatile wine at the table, ideal as an aperitif and perfect with light and fresh dishes. It pairs well with seafood appetizers, fish carpaccio, seafood and shellfish. Also excellent with vegetable-based first courses, delicate risottos, white meats and vegetarian dishes.
