The nose expresses a fragrant freshness, characterized by fruity notes of cherry, strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by hints of blackberry and plum. A simple bouquet, with delicate hints of bitter almond, a slightly floral touch and hints of aromatic herbs that enhance its freshness.
Flavor
Fresh and dry, with a balanced acidity that makes it particularly lively. It has a medium-light body and a delicate tannic texture, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste typical of Dolcetto. The fruity flavors return to the palate, combined with a light flavor that gives elegance and persistence to the finish, fresh and direct, with persistent notes that underline the typicality of Dolcetto.
