Color

Langhe Riesling DOC has a light straw yellow color, often with greenish reflections that highlight its freshness and youth.

Bouquet

On the nose, Langhe Riesling DOC is complex, with characteristic notes of white-fleshed fruit such as green apple, peach and pear, along with citrus hints of lime and lemon. Floral and mineral nuances also emerge, with light notes of flint and a delicate herbaceous nuance, which add depth to the bouquet.

Taste

On the palate, Langhe Riesling DOC is fresh, dry and with excellent minerality, with a lively acidity that gives it an elegant and taut structure. The taste recalls citrus and mineral notes, with a long and persistent finish that leaves a sensation of freshness and cleanliness on the palate.

Serving temperature

Serve at a temperature between 8° and 10°C to enhance the freshness and aromatic intensity of the wine. A tulip glass is recommended to concentrate the mineral and fruity aromas.

Langhe Riesling DOC is a versatile wine, ideal as an aperitif and perfect with light and fresh dishes. It pairs splendidly with raw fish dishes, sushi, fish carpaccio, seafood and shellfish. It is also excellent with vegetarian dishes, fresh salads, vegetable-based first courses and light risottos. It goes well with fresh and goat cheeses, also adapting well to ethnic and spicy dishes, thanks to its balanced acidity.
